v1.4.5: Maintainance Update


Before I introduce runes in v1.5, I need an update to fix some things up.

First of all, this update should finally fix the integrated server.

Balance Update

Mystic Flare, Rank 2 has been removed from the game.

The difference between a 1 power flare and a 2 power flare is massive (not just in damage, but also in terms of what it kills), and a 1 power flare is thus probably impossible to balance.

Shrapnel Storm is getting a buff:

(I ran the bots on all the tiers and it said every tier except rank 1 was balanced.)

Meditate Rank 5 has been performing incredibly well on prod. The bots on dev agree, so the life adjustment is getting bumped from -2 to -3.

Rising Water, Rank 8 has been underperforming. Its power has been increased from 0+ to 2+.

New Card

I've been out of ideas recently, so I'm making official one of the designs from the developer of sudokumancer. You'll need to ask him why he named the card this.

Adolph Hitter [Banisher 3]

Attacks all enemies. Also attacks all ally creatures.

The original design had 24 hp and also hit yourself. My bots told me it was far too weak, so it's been given quite the substantial buff to balance it.

If everything goes well, then v1.5 is coming next.
