v1.3.7: The Fixed Point
As the players have improved, many of our active players are finding Challenging not so challenging. As such, it's time for a restructure of the ladder.
Ratings have been deflated by a factor of roughly 4.
Challenging is no longer on ladder, but available on demand. It always has a rating of 300.
The only bots on ladder will be Tricky and Visionary. They will alternate games between Challenging-on-demand and ranked queue, and therefore help stabilize ratings.
Rules Change
The life requirement to win the game has been lowered from 500 to 300.
The AI has been taught that a player getting to 300 hp ends the game and will now play burn spells to delay that by a turn.
Card Changes
I have finally enough data to confirm that (W5) Elder has been overperforming, even in human hands. As such, its statline has been nerfed from 2/11 to 2/10.
