Dev comment: There are a few factors why we are skipping Water Elemental and adjusting Hydra.

After collecting more playtest data (not shown above), the following changes are being made:

Elder: health 10 -> 9

Astral: attack 2 -> 3

Madness Change

Now freezes the target instead of making it take damage equal to itself. At ranks 1/2/3/4/5, damage has been increased from 2/5/8/8+/13+ to 3/6/10/10+/15+
